These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FemiCore Wellness website at femicoreguide.produtomkt.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of the FemiCore Guide digital program and any related digital materials (together, the “Product”). The Site and the Product are offered by FemiCore Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or buying the Product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy the Product.

1. The Product

FemiCore Guide — The 21-Day Bladder Wellness Program is a digital educational product. It includes written guidance, daily routines, and practical tools about bladder wellness and everyday comfort, delivered in digital format (for example, downloadable PDF files or an online members area). Optional additional digital products may be offered at checkout; if you buy them, these Terms apply to them as well. No physical product is shipped.

Access is delivered electronically by Hotmart, usually to the email address you provide at checkout, shortly after your payment is approved. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for keeping your access details secure.

2. Medical disclaimer

• Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise, diet, fluid, or wellness routine, and about any symptoms you have, especially if you are pregnant, have recently given birth, have a medical condition, or take medication.
• Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or watched on the Site or in the Product.
• Seek prompt medical care for symptoms such as fever, pain, blood in the urine, sudden changes in bladder control, or difficulty urinating.
• Results vary from person to person. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, including any reduction in urine leakage or other symptoms.
• The Site and the Product are not provided by a medical practice, and using them does not create a doctor–patient or other professional relationship.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement, to buy the Product.

4. Purchase process

• When you click the purchase button on the Site, you are taken to a secure checkout page operated by Hotmart, a third-party digital commerce platform. Payment is processed by Hotmart, not by the Site.
• The price is shown on the Site and on the checkout page in U.S. dollars. The checkout page shows the final amount, including any applicable taxes or fees, before you confirm your order. Your bank or card issuer may charge additional fees, such as currency conversion fees.
• Your purchase is also subject to the Hotmart General Purchasing Terms. Your card statement may show Hotmart’s name instead of ours.
• The Product is a one-time purchase unless the checkout page clearly says otherwise. We do not charge you any recurring fee for the Product.
• After payment is approved, you will receive access instructions by email from Hotmart. If you do not receive them, check your spam folder and then contact us through Hotmart or the Hotmart Help Center.

5. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the FemiCore Guide.

• Time limit: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, for any reason.
• How to request: Refunds are processed by Hotmart. Submit your request through Hotmart’s refund process (in your Hotmart purchase history or through the Hotmart Help Center). You may also contact us as described in Section 17 and we will help you. Replying to automated emails does not count as a refund request.
• How you are refunded: The refund goes back to the same payment method you used. How long it takes for the money to appear depends on your payment method and your bank or card issuer, and may extend over one or more billing cycles, as described in Hotmart’s purchase terms.
• Access after a refund: When a refund is approved, your access to the Product ends, and you must stop using and delete any copies you downloaded.
• Optional products: Additional products bought at checkout are covered by the guarantee period shown for each of them on the checkout page.
• After 30 days: Requests made after the guarantee period are not covered by the guarantee.

Hotmart’s General Purchasing Terms also apply to refunds. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

6. Permitted use

When you buy the Product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may download and print the Product for your personal use.

You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or give away the Product or your access to it;
• upload, post, or distribute the Product or any part of it on websites, file-sharing services, social media, or messaging groups;
• copy, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the Product for any purpose other than your personal use;
• use the Product to teach classes, coach clients, or create competing products;
• remove copyright notices or other proprietary notices.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules, without refund outside the guarantee period.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and the Product, including their text, routines, worksheets, trackers, illustrations, graphics, layout, video, and the names and logos “FemiCore Wellness” and “FemiCore Guide,” are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 6, no rights are granted to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, copying or scraping its content, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time.

9. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services, including YouTube (for the video), Meta (for the Meta Pixel), Hotmart (for checkout, payment, and delivery), and Hostinger (for hosting). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and the Product are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Product will produce any particular result. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or the Product, including any decision you make about your health. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or the Product will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or the Product.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or the Product if you violate these Terms. Sections 2, 7, and 10 through 17 survive termination.

14. Disputes

If you have a concern about the Site or the Product, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled under the laws and in the courts that apply under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes apply to future use of the Site and future purchases; the terms in effect when you bought the Product apply to that purchase.

16. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Hotmart General Purchasing Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and the Product. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
