This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you visit the FemiCore Wellness website at femicoreguide.produtomkt.com (the “Site”) and when you buy the FemiCore Guide digital program (the “Product”). In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FemiCore Wellness, the brand that operates the Site and offers the Product.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as health records through the Site. Simply visiting a page about bladder wellness, watching the video, or buying the Product is information that, combined with device data, may indicate an interest in that topic. Please consider this when deciding whether to allow advertising cookies (see Section 9).

2. Meta Pixel

The Site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (the company that operates Facebook and Instagram). The Meta Pixel uses cookies (such as _fbp) and similar technology to send information to Meta about your visit, including your IP address, browser information, the page URL, and the following events:

We use this information to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads, to understand how visitors use the page, and to show ads to people who visited the Site or who are similar to them. Meta may match this information with your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one and may use it according to its own policies. The Site does not send purchase events. If a purchase is reported to Meta, it is sent by Hotmart’s integration after the purchase is confirmed.

Learn more in the Meta Privacy Policy and Meta’s Cookies Policy.

3. YouTube video player

The presentation video is hosted on YouTube, a service of Google LLC, and shown through the official YouTube embedded player. The YouTube player script may load after the page has loaded, so the video can start quickly. The video player itself is created when you click play. When it loads, YouTube may receive your IP address and device information and may set cookies or use similar technology to deliver the video, record views, prevent fraud, and for other purposes described in Google’s policies. We do not control the information YouTube collects.

Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses cookies.

4. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Besides the Meta and YouTube cookies described above, the Site stores a few items in your browser’s local storage and session storage. These stay on your device and are not sent to us:

You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. Doing so resets your choices.

5. Analytics and server logs

Apart from the Meta Pixel, the Site does not use a separate analytics service such as Google Analytics. Our web hosting provider, Hostinger, automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time) to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.

6. Purchases through Hotmart

All purchases are made on a checkout page operated by Hotmart, a third-party digital commerce platform. When you buy, you give your name, email address, payment details, and other checkout information directly to Hotmart. Hotmart processes the payment and delivers access to the Product. We do not see or store your full card number.

Hotmart shares with us the information needed to fulfill your order and support you, such as your name, email address, the product purchased, the price, and the transaction status. Hotmart’s handling of your information is governed by the Hotmart Privacy Policy and the Hotmart General Purchasing Terms.

If you arrived at the Site from an ad, the Site may add the ad’s campaign parameters (such as utm_source, src, sck, or fbclid) to the checkout link so that the sale can be attributed to that ad.

7. How we use information

8. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:

9. Your choices and opt-out

Opt out of the Meta Pixel on this Site. When you first visit, you can choose Accept or Decline. You can change your choice here at any time:

Your choice is saved in this browser. If you use another browser or device, or clear your browser data, you need to choose again.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, the Site treats it as a request to opt out of the Meta Pixel for that browser, unless you have specifically chosen to allow it.

Other options. You can also manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Meta ad preferences, block cookies in your browser settings, or use industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s WebChoices.

Emails. If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe using the link in any such email.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information. Residents of several U.S. states, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others, have rights under their state privacy laws:

To make a request, contact us as described in Section 15, and tell us which right you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity, for example by confirming the email address used for your purchase. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 45 days). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Information held by Meta, Google, or Hotmart is also subject to their policies; you can contact them directly to exercise rights over that information.

Nevada residents may submit a request to opt out of the sale of covered information by contacting us as described in Section 15. California residents may also request information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing purposes (California “Shine the Light” law).

11. Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Product, handle refunds and support, keep business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations. Information collected by Meta, Google, Hotmart, and Hostinger is kept according to their own retention policies. We use reasonable measures to protect information, and the Site is served over a secure HTTPS connection, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. Children

The Site and the Product are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. International visitors

The Site is intended for visitors in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we and our service providers operate, including Brazil and the Netherlands, which may have different data protection laws.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
